Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Co Ltd plans to build 100 gas stations in Shaanxi province this year.
The fourth largest oil company in China will expand its sales network in the province in order to increase revenue.
Yanchang, which is based in Xi'an, owns around 600 gas stations in the country and has a small share of retail oil market.
In Shaanxi province, most of 3,000 gas stations are owned by the State-owned China National Petroleum Corporation and Sinopec Group.
